HTC Touch Diamond, soon a “pro” with a keyboard

The German operator T-Mobile just introduced three new smartphones the brand MDA, the mobile market soon on its network. One of them is the future HTC Touch Diamond in professional version, ie equipped with a full keyboard.

T-Mobile has recently announced new MDA Compact IV, Ameo and Vario IV. Clearly, this is manufactured by HTC, but sold under the brand MDA / T-Mobile. Thus, the Compact IV is the new HTC Touch Diamond, while the Ameo is a declination of the atypical HTC Advantage, also customized model for the operator T-Mobile.

But the most surprising of the trio is the new MDA Vario IV, which is a variant of recent HTC Touch Diamond which has grafted a full keyboard away. To that end, the Taiwanese manufacturer is based on its expertise, and resumed the system inaugurated with the HTC TyTN II. However, the sliding keyboard is not here the opportunity to rake TyTN II.

In terms of dimensions, the future HTC Touch Diamond Pro is finally not very far from HTC Touch Diamond. Thus, only the thickness increased from 11.5 to 18 millimeters, while the growing weight of 110 to 158 grams.

The memory of the aircraft will reach about 256 MB, compared with 192 MB of HTC Touch Diamond “classical”, the screen retains its part to the excellent VGA resolution, 480 x 640 pixels, WiFi and Bluetooth are also delivered in standard.

Finally, remember that in matters of technology embedded compatibility 3G + (HSDPA), is a theoretical speed of 7.2 Mbit / second, here is to bet, while a digital camera of 3.2 Mpixels is part of the original allocation. Finally, a GPS receiver is also aboard this version specifically designed for the operator T-Mobile.
